Works well and is more powerful than other makes I had and the ball inside the tank is very effective. Stopped working after 2yr. 5 yr would have been better

Worked fine until it stopped charging after a few months. Tried contacting company who just gave me the run around despite it having a 1 year warranty. Tried to offer me a partial refund only and claimed they couldn't replace the product as there were none in stock despite it being clearly visible on Amazon as available for purchase. Terrible customer service from TEBIKIN. Avoid.

Normally, I am not bothered about writing product reviews, however after going through 3 flossers recently and returning them because they were either faulty or under-powered, I am happy to provide a positive review as this flosser seams like real quality. Most importantly battery life is very good and the flosser only requires charging perhaps every 2nd or 3rd week depending on how much you use it. I can also say the following about this product:1. Power: At its max setting which I use, it is powerful, I mean properly powerful similar to what a dentist might use to clean your teeth. Once more is motor sounds powerful and doesn't sound as though its struggling or dying when in use.2. Settings: Unlike other flossers that have useless settings such as a stop/start setting like a lot of flossers have, this flosser simply has 5 settings that increase the rate at which water is sprayed out.3. Grip: Again unlike other flossers I have tested, this flosser has a lovely ergonomic grip that helps to prevent slippage even when the grip is wet.4. Filling flosser with water: Again unlike other flossers, what I like about this flosser, is that it has hatch with a big hole that makes for quick and easy refilling that also prevents water wastage as well.5. Water tank: It has a 300 ml water tank which is the perfect size as it does not need to be refilled 3 quarters of the way through the cleaning process unlike flossers that have a 200 - 250ml tank.6. Travel pouch: It comes with a good quality travel pouch which is a nice touch.7. Charger and charging port: Like nearly all flossers from China which are sold on Amazon, this flosser relies upon a specialized 2 pin charger cable which can get damaged after a year or two of use. I would love to see sellers of flossers use micro usb ( standard android/samsung) charging cables I.E. something that would be easy to replace. Lastly, the charging port on the flosser itself is protected by a small rubber stopper that prevents water from entering it. This must be removed when you need to charge the flosser, meaning its easy to loose. It would be better if the protector/stopper was attached to the flosser by a little piece of rubber. This is one feature which other flossers have, that this one does not.Overall though I would highly recommend this flosser. Well done to the designers and to Tebikin for providing a quality product.Update: 17/04/2023After nearly 15 months of continuous use, the flosser stopped working. So I contacted the Tebikin team and I requested a replacement. Literally 10 minutes after I sent my email, I got a response from the Tebikin team. They first told me that they would be happy to replace my flosser at no cost, then after they realized I was not from based in Britain, they simply refunded me instead. All I can say is "incredible customer service", I am very impressed and I really do recommend Tebikin for their brilliant product and amazing customer service.

I got this product on april 5,2022. It was great, as it can really clean thoroughly. Good water jet pressure. Easy to use and the battery life was good.But it came to month 6. It just suddenly stopped working. I thought it just needed charging, but even after charging it only lasted for less than a minute of usage. And then it stopped working again.Update: I reached out to them last October 7, and their customer service is very responsive and amazing! Sylvia from their after sales team just checked a few info and by Oct 10 i got my replacement product! I’m hoping this new one would last longer. But performance wise, this is a good water flosser to use, highly effective in taking out hard to get food particles and areas.

So far I've had no problems with this water flosser, but it's still early days. I like the fact that it has 5 different pressure levels and comes with accessories. The price I paid for the flosser was reasonable too.However, a full charge lasts for just over 30 days and not as advertised: 'Continuous use for 60 days'.The only design flaw I can see that the unit has is the rubber tip for the charging port - it can accidentally come out and be easily lost.

Does the job - you can see the difference as your gums clean up in a week or so. I find it best to fill with warm/hot water and use in the shower. Only gripe is the buttons - would be better if it required a more positive setting both to turn on / off (starts running when in transit is far from ideal!) and to change settings (buttons are where you're holding it while in operation)

Too big not lightweight or portable ! I have arthritis in my hands 🙌🏽 so needed something lightweight and portable for my holiday ! ( it is neither ) so l left it at home too bulky and big for my liking ! But great otherwise !

I would not expect to get a dentist clean as it is not going to be that powerful, but does clean gums very well. I thought it would be a continuos jet of water (instead of intermittent) pump type. very messy especially if you do not switch off before removing from your mouth which can be quite a laugh. Different heads/sizes. Overall I am happy with the purchase and would recommend it. Battery gave up after 11 months.
