This is the best substitute for pasta, that I have found. Texture reminds me of whole wheat pasta. Taste is not so bad, so if your missing wheat pasta this is good.

Very healthy if not the healthiest pasta made from 100% sorghum and I like the taste of it.

I have tried many pasta substitutes, and none of them beat pasta! But this product was great as described. It was a little bit of a nutty taste, but held up and firm like pasta. It was perfect, my new pasta❣️

Good for spaghetti loving diabetics.. only small bump in blood sugar. Nutty veggie flavor. Wish it cost less.

I’ve had other gluten free pastas that are better. But if you need to go lectin free and there’s no other choice and you love pasta, it’s better than nothing.

Interesting alternative to wheat pasta. Tastes pretty good. A bit coarser in texture than regular pasta but reasonable to consider if you want to avoid wheat in your diet.

Sorghum is a species of grass widely used throughout the world as feed for livestock while its syrup is used as a sweetener. The plant is used for ethanol production. It is also trraditionally made into couscous, porridge or flatbreads.Recently, it's being sold as a rather expensive substitute for pasta because it does not contain gluten. Nevertheless I would not say it is a viable substitute! It does not absorb sauce, and frankly, doesn't taste like pasta at all. I wound up with a bowl full of stringy somethings swimming in sauce (even after leaving it overnight). Not good. And expensive, to boot.
