It's The Lego Batman Movie Penguin
I'm making a Lego Batman diorama and I wanted to include some characters from the Lego Batman Movie, especially Penguin since he's a long-time villain and this version is made to be more like the Batman Returns movie. Since Penguin isn't included in the Lego Batman Movie Minifigure Series, and you're taking your chance with duplicates with those anyway, I needed to purchase him individually. He's also available in the Arctic Roller Building Kit but I don't have as much interest in that car, plus his face is designed different. This Penguin has a maniacal smile but he has a scowl in the other.

Good quality
Cute but not what I was looking for. Didn't read small print. It's pieces you put together. Son likes it but it's smaller than expected and again my mistake on what it was exactly. Pretty durable though.

Same as the one in stores
My son had lost the one I bought him at Walmart and was pretty upset. I ordered a new one, when I gave it to him he had thought I found his old one. Great product

Didn't realize
Wasn't clear that it was a mini Lego figure. Really changed nothing about quality though. Makes sense cuz penguin is supposed to be short lol. 5 stars great detail

Exceptional quality!!
The quality of this figurine is amazing. I love the fur collar, it complements the character perfectly. The other accessories are cool as well (the top hat and umbrella.) I'm very happy with this purchase.

Not a real lego
Gave 2 stars Because it is an ok copy but not a real Lego. Confusing when the title says lego. I wish Amazon would have a more strict rule regarding misleading descriptions.
