This is by far the best neck massager I have ever used or purchased. I have bought 9 neck massagers in the past. Some were ok. Some were better. Some were worthless and ineffective. Some made my neck condition worse!!!This massager is powerful and hits all the right points of tension and pain. The feel of the covering is soft and comfortable. The operation is uncomplicated and easy to manuever. I thought I would never use the car charger....but surprise! I did! In driving a 6-hour trip, I enjoyed the massager when I took a break from driving. Bob and Brad's videos have been a tremendous help in caring for loved ones and myself. I'm so happy they recommend or sell products. Couldn't be happier with my purchase!

This massager is awesome. It can be too hard on bony areas, but once you get it in the muscle/areas that are tight and aching, it really does a good job. I am a retired massage therapist, and I really like the way I can put it right where I can't reach to do trigger points on myself. It's a bit bulky and maybe too heavy for some smaller people, but overall it provides really nice relief. Thanks Bob&Brad!

First of all, I'm a big nerd and huge fan of Bob & Brad so I trust the brand more than any others.I have hEDS (Hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome) and my O. T. recommended this to deal with the dysfunctional spasm, tightness, knots I have in my upper back, shoulders, and neck.Had to get an OK from my PT. She not only approved, but bought one for the zebras in her family.This thing is no joke! At first it felt a little aggressive, but I figured out how to decrease the pressure and it was heaven. As I worked out knots, I could tolerate more pressure.Both my PT and my PM&R MD were impressed with the difference this made. My tight muscles felt doughy in comparison to before.At Easter my mom tried it and begged for her mother's day present to come early since I told her I'd get her one.Mother-in-law and Stepmom will be getting theirs for Mother's Day soon!

I ordered this device because I love Bob and Brad. I didnt read the description, so when I received it, I was very surprised by the weight. The quality and packaging were excellent.I can say that I returned it, it was very easy and fast.

This works really good for a light massage on the neck and back.... Not great if you're looking to actually relax because you do have to hold it and pull it to get any kind of pressure out of it and even then you can't do it too hard or it will stop. Is customer service is a 100% awesome and I would imagine warranty is too!

The zippered part came undone and there was no way to zipper it back together on the first day of use. Cheap and very disappointed. I have the Bob and Brad foot massager and it’s great. This is junk.

The massager was too bulky for me and the straps cumbersome. It was well-made and definitely a great value.UPDATE!!!!!After returning the massager, I was contacted by Bob and Brad customer service and they asked if I'd give the product another chance, no strings attached, and I'm sure glad I did. Seems I returned the massager in haste without giving it a proper try. I worked with it and I highly recommend it. Like I wrote earlier, the massager is well-made and a great value. It will make an excellent Christmas gift! Thanks again to Bob and Brad customer service. They really do stand behind their products!

This is keeping me functional in between health care appointments. Everyone who comes over has to try. I'm a little concerned with the grinding noise it makes when it goes in reverse direction. The heating function is genius.

Power lead needs to be longer! And battery options? Works great, better usage instructions would be an area to improve.
