First off great knife........ Once again another beautiful collaboration between WE and Civivi that is in my opinion a superbly crafted masterpiece and functional tool. The Nitro V steel is scary sharp after I used flat floating glass with PSA micro lapping films of various micron levels. You can shave your face hair with this knife to be blunt because it holds a frightening edge. You can check the specs and if you have gotten this far in the review you are a knife junkie nerd like myself and have probably already searched it for them on the web. So the most important question as a knife snob myself is..... Is it worth your money?? The straight blunt answer is YES. It’s super smooth, multiple deployment options, quality edge holding steel and a beautiful exterior shell. It also properly functions as an edc or gentleman’s carry but I’m sure can have other applications it put to the test in a different environment. I highly recommend this knife. I did only give it 4 stars so far because it hasn’t had time to be used enough yet. As soon as some time goes by I’m am almost positive my stars will go to 5.Happy hunting,Brent R.

It took me a long time to realize I was missing this knife in my life. I have went through many other knives through my life... cheap and expensive, larger and smaller, fancy and basic, various shapes and styles... and finally I found the perfect fit. It's not too big or small, compact enough while also being big enough, and it is beautiful. I constantly get complements on the shredded carbon fiber handle. One of the biggest things is the clip has stayed tight and not weakened at all, which is huge! It stays put clipped to the pocket and never budges! If you are questioning whether this is worth the investment, I don't think I will ever carry a different everyday knife... in fact I plan on buying my neice the same style but in a her favorite color for her upcoming birthday!

To start off with-when it comes to any civivi knife you buy on amazon,you don't have to worry about authenticity,they come directly from civivi.They are the only knife maker who sells directly through amazon,to my knowledge.I have mainly mid to high end knives,(about thirty),in my collection,beleive me when I tell you this is an excellent peice,PLUS amazon has free returns on all civivis bought thru them,you basically can't go wrong on this.The only con to me is the steel-Nitro V is pretty much the same as 12c28n,a budget steel,granted 12c28n is pretty popular, but it is what it is

This is an OK knife and value for money, but while the resin and carbon fiber scales look good, to me they feel cheap- very plastic. Makes the sound of cheap plastic as you move it in your hand. Looks nice, blade is good. Bearings are great. Opens easily with an easy "flip"- but (for me) let down by the "feel".

The materials, build quality, action, and fit/finish on this knife is definitely worth the price. If you’ve never tried a Civivi knife or a front flipper this is a great piece to introduce you to either. The thumb studs are a welcome addition and they’re placed correctly for easy deployment with your thumb or middle finger. The finger choil is comfortable if you need to choke up and get closer to the cutting edge for more control. I’m considering getting the silver foil variant as well because it’s that good. Try it - you won’t regret it!
