Great hot sauce for almost anything. Lid was cracked on arrival so the package was a little messy but thankfully it wasn't too bad. I love using this on a breakfast sandwiches! Smoky, tangy, and the right amount of heat not to be overpowering. Would recommend!

I am very picky about hot sauce, and it's taken me a long time to find one that I love on EVERYTHING from eggs to beans to tacos. Perfect smoky + tangy zestiness! It's Hissy Fit (which has a fabulous name too). I love that it's a family recipe and a woman-owned business from NC. I prefer cayenne pepper and I was looking for a cayenne pepper hot sauce without vinegar that would be nice and intense and spicy. This sauce is supposed to be aged cayenne pepper extra spicy without vinegar. So the good thing is that it has a good flavor of cayenne pepper and other spices but it's not hot. They said it would be hot and it wasn't. Sure it has a tiny kick but I was looking for a lot more heat. so it's just more like a regular Cayenne sauce rather than being extra hot as advertised. It is certainly still good and can be used for many things.

By far my favorite hot sauce. Just the right balance of spice and smoke. Allows the flavors of food to shine while adding complexity and the right amount of fire to your dishes without over whelming the food and you mouth. Great in shrimp cocktail sauce, with barbecued meats, rags etc… Buy this if you want your guest not to throw a hissy fit when using a hot sauce on your cooking.
