the sweep movement is not as described
I am writing to you today to express my disappointment with the wall clock that I recently purchased from your company. I bought the clock, , with the expectation that it would have a silent Japanese sweep function, but unfortunately, the clock is not living up to its advertised features. When the room is quiet, I can hear a noticeable tik-tik noise coming from the clock, which is clearly irritating and defeats the purpose of having a silent sweep function. I have confirmed that the noise is coming from the clock itself by opening the back cover, and I have concluded that the build quality of the clock is poor.

The product is not what you see in the picture
The quality of plastic is flimsy and it does not look or feel great as it’s been shown in the pictures. I am loosing my trust on Amazon because the picture of the products make me buy the product but the products are really so poor and pathetic in built quality. Also, Amazon has high reviews for cheap products but if any product that is expensive or higher in the range do not have enough reviews to influence a buyer to buy good products.
