Through the app, I'm able to lock or unlock the door remotely, check the battery life, and manage access permissions effortlessly. It adds a level of convenience that I never knew I needed until now!The only hiccup I encountered was during the charging process. Initially, I had trouble charging the lock as it wasn't clear that not every USB-C charger would work. However, after contacting the support department, they quickly provided me with a solution. They explained that the compatible charger should have one side as type-C and the other as USB, and they even sent me two helpful photos to illustrate this. Once I used the correct charger, the problem was solved, and the lock charged without any issues.Overall, I'm very satisfied with this smart lock. It delivers on its promises, and the customer support team was extremely helpful in resolving my issue quickly. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a reliable and user-friendly smart lock.

The plugs are compact and easy to set up!

Sometimes I wonder if it’s gonna open, works great, nice and fast, but sometimes out of the blue it won’t take your thumbprint, then if you look it up on your app, it says that it had some type of problem with network issues. It’s not on Wi-Fi it only uses Bluetooth so I don’t get that. So sometimes we wonder if it’s gonna open or not, because sometimes, a lot of times it didn’t, When it was just working fine just a while ago.

This Smart Door Knob does exactly what it is supposed to do. You can program your fingerprint, remotely unlock with the app or use the included keys. You can program multiple people in the family's prints for personal security. Though the instructions could be a little clearer, I had no problem in connecting this to my Wi-Fi or programming fingerprints. It's nice that this has no batteries but rather you can recharge it with a USB cable that is included. You can monitor power level remaining with the app. I don't know how long a charge lasts but it seems very little energy is needed to operate so far. I have been using it for a week and have used only 5% of the full charge. Time will tell with more use. The only downside is the type-C plug is on the outside knob so you will need the door to be open or have an outside accessible plug to charge. Not a major issue, just be aware of it. After mentioning this to Gosund, they told me they will be working on being able to change this. A very responsive company. Overall I find this smart Door Knob to be very convenient for our garage door entry to our family room.

These are terrible. TERRIBLE. 10/10 do not recommend. I downloaded the app and set them up with a timer; they don’t work. I connected the app to Alexa to use it with voice commands. It also doesn’t work. This product is literally garbage and the app asks for WAYYY too much personal info (wifi password, location sharing always turned on, access to camera). This is just a bogus product that is not worth the purchase, your time, or your energy. Do not, I repeat, do not purchase.

I use an app called eFamily Cloud and I always DREAD connecting things. I was so so concerned these wouldn't work with the app. I have never had a smart plug connect so easily! I plugged it got it go flash in one click, opened the eFamily app hit connect and there it was! No searching no waiting no switching to see what type of plug it was IT WAS RIGHT THERE! Effortlessly entered into my Google Home group and works perfectly on the first try! This is the brand I will stick with!
