Very herbaceous - not super rosy
I was hoping for a syrup with a flavor that was more floral and rose flavored. Maybe I'm just unacquainted with hibiscus flavor, but it tastes more junipery than I was expecting. Definitely not the complement to a fun summer cocktail that I was expecting!

Good but order is not complete
The syrup is excellent but we've ordered this twice now and the recipe book that is supposed to come with it was not in the package both times...
