I just got the 5 pack. 6'8'23...They all came with batteries. And the wifi hub came with a power cord.Mine work with an Exfinity router.Just remember you need to turn the power button on the device.It reminds me of my alexas, so I just plugged in and thought it would work. Spent 5 min wondering why it would not conect. Thought my router was not going to work with it. 🤷‍♂️You do NOT need to pay for service. They do charge extra for text or phone calls. But once you have the app set up it sends messages via app to you phone free of charge. Ive tested 10 times, on and off my wifi. To make sure it works while I'm away at work.They are super loud, you can turn down the alarm sound volume and change the tone on the hub which is very nice.All and all im very please with this product. I would definitely recommend.No I did not receive anything for this review. Just my personal opinion.Take care.

Very difficult to get the product integrated with Wi-Fi. Base station goes off several times per day with absolutely no water being detected. I finally had to turn it off. I won't be able to be notified if there is a leak when we are gone. Waste of money.

Water detection system checked out good. Poor instructions, very little. No tech support. Haven't had actual leak yet, but warning sound is loud.

So I placed one next to my sump pump and a few hours later it went off so I investigated and there was no water, so assuming it was the moisture in the air I moved it a couple feet away and it’s been perfect since then. I would recommend using this product.

Installed these under sinks and at 2 water heaters upstairs. Had a 9 yr old water heater start leaking in pan and set off the attached alarm system downstairs and on my phone. I knew the minute the leak started and was able to avert a potential flood.

Very sensitive very loud but the wifi function will not work.

USE A DIFFERENT PRODUCT, finally after a few false alarms throughout time I finally - I GOT WATER! Did the alarm go off - NO. Did the alarm that was halfway across the room go off after the water got to it - YES. Did this alarm notify my app that I was apparently signed out of (even tho I select stay signed in) - NO. Do I have to rip up 3/4 of my basement because my hot water tank leaked everywhere - YES! Also when the alarms go off there is no way to turn it off. Zero water around it and it’s going off even on false alarms SCREAMING AT YOU UNTIL YOU UNSCREW 4 screws or slam it on the ground. F this brand and this product.

Produkt ist genau wie beschrieben, Batterien waren bereits eingelegt, es mussste nur der Plastikstreifen rausgezogen werden. Reagiert sofort auf Feuchtigkeit entweder an der Unterseite oder auf dem oberen Sensor, Lautstärke entspreicht in unmittelbarer Gerätenähe ziemlich genau den 120 dB. Für uns ist es laut genug, man hört das im Keller aufgestellte Gerät deutlich im Erdgeschoß durch die verschlossene Tür.

nach ungeduldig erwarteter Lieferung konnten die 6 Wassermelder schnell installiert und auf Position gebracht werden - bisher noch kein Einsatz. Der unkomplizierte Einsatz und die hohe dB-Zahl hat bei Bekannten schon Freunde gefunden

Im Doppelpack bestellt, Versand hat 3-4 Tage gebraucht (entsprechend der Beschreibung) weil aus Spanien geliefert wurde.Einer steht bei der Waschmaschine, einer unter der Heizungsanlage.Getestet, lauter als der Rauchmelder der angeblich die selbe Dezibel besitzt.

Tut was er soll, aber wenn die Batterie leer ist gibt das Ding einen permanenten nervigen lauten Piepston von sich. Bei uns sind die immer genau mitten in der Nacht leer, warum auch immer... Und dann muss man vier winzige Schräubchen lösen, bevor man die alte Batterie entfernen und das Ding zum Schweigen bringen kann. Es gibt keinen Knopf um es mal 5 Minuten leise zu schalten. Um 2 Uhr nachts macht einen das ziemlich Aggro^^

Schon bei geringster Berührung mit Wasser löst der Melder einen schrillen und starken Dauerwarnton aus, der garantiert nicht überhört werden kann.Habe 2 Melder unterhalb meiner Armaturen und bin mir sicher, so schnell keine Überschwemmung unbemerkt zu erhalten.
