Fantastic hose reel! One of the best hose reels for a reasonable price (compared to king or titan)I hope one day they come with an unpainted stainless reel, that would be really awesome!

I am on my third hose reel replacing my older Hose reels these last and last and last.

I received a hose reel with half the capacity of the one I ordered.

I've got a 1125-4-200 and a 1125-5-100 mounted on a plastic pallet in the bed of my F150 to do house washes. I have 200 ft of 3/8 high pressure hose and 100 ft of 3/4 garden hose mounted on these reels. These reels have made my side hustle so much easier! No more unraveling and rolling up hose on the ground! I simply roll up the tonneau, pull hose and get to washing.

When you spend this kind of money on a business purchase it's less of a big deal that these things were done right because there's a return expected out of the equipment, but I am disappointed. The reels do what they say they're designed to do. However, it came with rust and chipped powder coat in spots. Also the powder coating in the discs is lackluster at best. Guess what. No drain holes on the discs either.My first mistake was buying these deals for my company because it matched the color scheme. We're Kansas City's highest rated exterior cleaning company and we like to keep our gear clean too. It's going to be tough with these reels since the protective finish was inadequately done.On this reel in particular, it already has a wear mark where the locking pin was installed crooked as well. I understand that they're going to get somewhat beat up due to the work we do, but not to pass quality control that way.
