I'm just shy of 6' tall, 195 lb, with an athletic build, and I wear a large. I may try an XL next time, as they shrink a little [update: XL is just right]. But still, these fit well--tighter than most, but not "smedium" [update: they have now shrunk to smedium, but they still look good on me]. They're thin, fairly soft [update: not as soft after a year or two, but still OK; their standard military T-shirts stay a little softer], and they breathe fine.I don't have any use for the hook-and-loop patch on the left shoulder, but it's okay and it gets a lot of comments. Ha. Subdued American flag on the right shoulder adds a little style.I expect to buy more of these [and I have--in XL].

Definitely go up one size and it’s all good

Much better that the issues shirts. It’s soft, stretchy and light. Good fit too. Only gripe…he hook and loop on the shoulder is for POGs. Nobody is putting a patch on their tshirt.

Very comfortable material. I got it as a gift and am so glad I got this.

I wore this shirt on duty all day. It is comfortable. Fits as expected, although a little tight in on the arms of you’re more of a muscular built. Overall, worth the price.
