The NACATIN 15-150x kids telescope is actually a great device for the money. Of course at this price point it isn't going to be the most incredible telescope in the world, but it is a great device to see if your kid is really committed to exploring the stars before splashing out serious money on something on the higher end that could cost thousands. The telescope has a 70mm aperture and 15-150x magnification with a manual focus.One of the things I really like about it is the phone mount. It allows you to mount your smart phone camera to look through the lens and capture images of what your looking at and this really does seem to pique kids interest. Not only can they seem the craters on the moon up close, but they can take pictures and show their friends.It is more of a toy than a high end telescope but it's great for letting the gets get a closer gaze at the stars and see if it's something they are passionate about.

This telescope was bought for my son's 14th birthday as he started to show an interest in astronomy. It is a good quality and low cost telescope ideal for a beginner into the world of astronomy. As telescopes can be ridiculous prices I was not sure if it's something he will like and use long term or try a few times and get bored, so naturally I did not want to shell out any large amounts, so this telescope was a great price and the best solution.It's a good looking kit, nice sized telescope, lightweight and comes with a stand and accessories. One of the best things is that it has a phone mount to attach your phone to and get pictures from the telescope onto your phone.The tripod is good quality too and only takes a minute to setup and the whole kit is excellent value for money. Great for moongazing and my son loves his amazing gift - lovely product.

Great beginner kit at a really good price. I bought this for my kids, 12 and 7, but also for me too. With no experience we were able to get some reasonable photos of the moon on our first night, in a town, through a window which could do with a clean so we can't wait to take it to the middle of nowhere and get some really good viewing and photos.Easy to set up but still some finesse required to get it really dialed in but that experience will come with time.Comes with a green "moon filter" which helps the camera to pick out the details on the moon.

Purchased for my 6yr old grandson and he is delighted with it. It works well and was well packaged. it is quite compact and a bit limited in magnification but that was evident from the specifications available at the time of purchase. Quality is reasonable and some nice features like a facility to mount a mobile phone to use as a camera along with a Bluetooth remote (you need to set up on your phone but that is easy). not 5 star rating as the tripod could be more robust which in turn affects stability which is key to a good image in a telescope. We fitted it to a more sturdy tripod purchased separately.

My daughter has a telescope! She loves it but finds it very very hard to locate the planets and the moon et cetera because the small people PEEP hole! This is amazing as you can link your phone to it and watch the pictures on your phone instead making it much more user friendly! Easy to put together and easy to use to

This is a good quality telescope for kids, arrived well packed.Easy to assemble and light weight, kids can handle easily and can carry. Kids are happy and enjoying. Works as expected.So far tested for moon only 😊 and happy with result.
