Not as great as I hoped

I tried one of these at my daughters school. That one was covered in teal leather or vinyl. The fabric on this one does not seem as durable. And after several months of use I'm not finding very comfortable. Construction seems solid but I think it's overpriced for what it is.

Really hurts my tailbone

I still use this chair everyday and like it's design. sometimes, from sitting too long it in, it really, really hurts my tailbone. never had that happen before but bummed it's a pain in the butt!

Chair won’t lift up or down

Assembled the chair. Everything works except the lever that lifts the chair up and down. Can’t adjust to my height, so the chair is worthless. Didn’t this kind of issue when paying so much.

Items missing

While the chair is great. I was missing 1 of 5 casters and the bolt necessary to connect the saddle to the back rest. This has effectively made the chair unusable.
