Good little device- small enough to carry yet good enough to make a difference
Bought this to take with me on walks. The fact it has a phone mount to aid taking pictures was nice but not a real killer sales pitch for me.It has two focus wheels( one for the eye and the other for the main lens). Get these right and it does give a solid, sharp image. Neatly packed in a light padded bag, it’s easily stored in a rucksack or does come with a carry strap if you prefer.There’s a small tripod also included, you’ll definitely need this if you intend to try and take photos as the monocular is too heavy to hold whilst steadying the camera on the phone.Some people have said they are getting a small black circle when taking a photo. I think this will depend greatly on the phone you have but I’ve got the IPhone 13 ( has the 3 preset zooms) and when “3” is used, in conjunction with the monocular to zoom in, I get now outer framing from the monocular mount at all.

Bought this for a friend who likes bird watching, this is easier to hold than the usual binoculars. And he is very happy with it!

Fair for the price
It’s not to bad for the price, but it is just a novelty item and obviously if you are looking to star gaze then not for you.
