Although I don’t particularly *love* the flavour (I don’t like many electrolyte drinks to be honest) this is my go-to brand and variety as it is really works well when I’m riding outdoors in the heat or racing long or hard during indoor races online.

I must say that dealing with Skratch Labs is absolutely pleasant. Great customer service! They refunded me for the fruit punch so I am using the refund to buy the lemon-lime instead.Do yourself a favor and just get the lemon-lime it is very good. I started with that flavor and liked it so I wanted to try another one. I saw mixed reviews about the fruit punch but decided to try it anyway... that was a mistake. It is pretty awful. The lemon-lime is great though so I will reorder that one once I force myself through the fruit punch, lol. Maybe if I'm feeling adventurous I will try one of the others at a later date...but the lemon-lime is definitely the safest flavor I think.

Great, clean hydration mix! I love that there is no artificial sweeteners. Just real stuff. I like that it’s not as high in sodium

I absolutely love this product. It’s very good. It tastes very good. I always drink some ripe before run or if I had a rough night it boost me up in my day and gives me enough electrolytes to get me through the day.

I like this! It doesn’t have a strong salty or sweet taste. I use this to hydrate before and during runs. So far it seems to be working well.

I bought this after it was recommended by a friend who is a weightlifter. I had a recent incident during a heatwave where I got severely dehydrated due to having to work outside for several days, then got more dehydrated while exercising despite drinking plenty of water. I really like the “big G” electrolyte, but when needing to superhydrate I wanted something with a little less sugar and more minerals so as not to sabotage the recent 20lb weight loss I worked so hard for. I also like that this doesn’t have tons of coloring in it, and it’s made in Colorado, USA. I’ve experimented with a couple others and so far this one is good if you want a little more sodium and calcium and less carbs. A little low on the potassium, but good on the magnesium, which is where I’m lacking. It just depends on your needs. I give it a thumbs up.
