What a beautiful petite piece! SO well crafted. The long chain length was perfect and my wife loved it so much that she cried. Having each ring represent one grandchild is a really great design. The packaging was nice as well. Very nice company and product!

I was a little leery ordering this heart after reading reviews. I contacted MKYA and asked questions and they were quick to respond and answered all my concerns. I ordered it for my wife for Xmas and she loves it. I was really impressed with the quality of this piece and am now going to order one for our daughter. The heart is a nice size and the beads are small but are legible up close. I really don't understand all the bad comments, this is really a beautiful necklace, I would not hesitate to recommend this necklace and MKYA!

Product came with lettering poorly completed. Letters so close in my child's name it looked like it was missing unless you looked under a magnifying glass. Second child’s name was crooked.Requested a replacement because wife liked this but the cost of this product is clearly in the customized beads… not the necklace itself. The price I paid for this does not reflect the quality. Seller wrote back through Amazon chat saying they wanted to make it right and would send me photos of the updated beads they would send free of charge. A week later I checked in after receiving no additional updates. Again they promised to “make the situation right” and at this point I was outside the Amazon return window.It’s now been 20 days and no contact or solution from the seller.Received a poor quality item and then it appears was also lied to twice through the Amazon chat system by the seller.Do not recommend and assume this was a well advertised product set up to hit people for Christmas as a quick money grab with zero accountability.

Charm is very nice but the chain is very thin.

Paid just under $100 for this necklace and I should have paid closer attention to the product details, so it’s my fault, but the beads are so tiny a magnifying glass is required to read the names on them. Disappointed about that -
