Kitchen Aid - Pro 5 Plus 5 Quart Bowl-Lift Stand Mixer - Black

This mixer is wonderful, powerful, and aesthetically pleasing. I bought this over the artisan mixers for increased amp power and capacity. First thing I made was a cake with buttercream frosting, turned out pretty good but I can do better. I was very happy with how it beat the butter, fluffed up nice and I wasn't tired from having to hold a hand mixer for ten minutes. Anyone that has made buttercream frosting with a hand held mixer knows what I am talking about. I got a couple of attachments so far, pour lid and different paddle, plenty more to go! I love this mixer and it will serve me for years to come!

My old one broke several years ago and I finally got this one. I love it and forgot how much I missed my old one until I got this. Not very loud, does amazing on bread dough.

After buying and using an inexpensive stand mixer for a short time, I gave it to the Salvation Army and bought this one that does the job properly.
