I recently upgraded to the M2 16" Macbook Pro and whenever I used the trackpad, my fingers would get really irritated (like a burning sensation). The same thing happened in the past with my other macs, so I decided to again buy a trackpad cover. At first, I tried some of the other brands, usually they were transparent and plastic/matte, but those still burned. Finally, I came back to what I knew worked which were these one which are thicker and rugged. Works perfectly! I can use my mac all day and no burning!Overall, it is easy to apply and sticks well. The cover is slightly darker than the mac, but I could care less as I only wanted something to prevent the burning, but just keep that in mind if that matters to you.Note: This review does not reflect on the palm rest cover as I did not use it nor plan to use it.

I ordered this FORITO Palm Rest to fit my mid-2017 Macbook Pro 13" without touchbar(space grey). The product arrived quickly and undamaged. The palm rest is relatively easy to apply and I must say that I do enjoy the textured, matte finish of this palm rest better than the aluminum feel of the actual computer. It does not show smudges at all!!With that being said, I did not end up using the track pad cover because I like the glass feel of the stock trackpad. You may enjoy the matte feeling on the track pad cover... to each his own.PROS:-easy to install-perfect color match to Macbook-inexpensive way to protect palm rest from scratching/smudgingCONS:-trackpad cover creates too much friction on my fingers (my own opinion)-cases/shells may interfere with the palm rest without perfect installation (lift up at the edges)Overall, this is a fantastic product and well worth the money. I would recommend this to my family and friends!!

Works great on my MacBook 2017 13”. The only qualm I have is that the track pad is ever so slightly too big, and lifts just a tiny bit on one edge. Easily fixed by trimming it. Otherwise, it’s great protection for an expensive investment. It hasn’t come loose, and feels nice.

Very happy customer here. The skin is down to the micrometer a perfect cut. I'm very impressed with the fit. You can't tell there's even a skin there. The color, however, does differentiate itself. In the right light it's brighter than the silver color of my Macbook 13 2018. That said, I'm not bothered by it at all. A perfect color match would have been nice but that can be hard to attain in what's essentially a sticker without actually incuding the same metal Apple used in the fabrication of the Macbook. I also don't mind the difference in color at all. It gives the inside of the Macbook a nice two-tone shade and really I wanted it for the protection more than anything. I wear a watch with a metal band and bracelets and it's quite easy while typing to scratch the hell out of the system. Now I can type with confidence. Thank you!!

Works great - super easy installation if you just take your time and line stuff up.Trackpad portion slightly delayed swipes. Otherwise perfect.

So, i gave it one star, because the surface feels absolutely amazing. I purchased this speifically for the trackpad cover, nothing more. I get to much grease etc on my trackpad from difffernt things and neeeded something to protect them. I cant comment on the entire kit. Only the track pad protector. Well, I got 2 it seems. 1 is connected with the rest of the kit, and you get a 2nd, seperate trackpad cover.I was told that this fits the 2021 16" m1 macbook pro max.Well, the trackpad cover that comes seperate is entirely too big. it covers the trackpad and a few mm extra.The trackpad attached to the rest of the kit is entirely too small. It leaves about 1.5-2mm on each side so it doesn't fit entirely. I'm extremely dissapointed here. Especially since I love the gritty feel of this. If it fit, it would be so perfect for me.

The media could not be loaded.  Not gonna lie, I was a bit skeptical at first. Most of the reviews were good, but some were bad. I bought it anyways. $8 isn't much. I think it's definitely worth the price. I opened it up and it mostly matches the color of my laptop. You're not paying top dollar for the top of the line product, so don't expect it to match the color 100%. It is a bit tricky to line up and apply. If you line it up well though, it looks good. It has a nice texture and it feels good to me. It is a bit more sparkly than the actual laptop, but I don't really mind. Below, I attached some before and after pictures with the guard on. Yes, it is noticeable in some places, like right by the speakers. But, you'll be looking at your screen for the most part. That's what a laptop is for. For 8 bucks, this is good! (I know it's a lot of pictures. I want to give you a good look at what it looks like)

Edited:The company reached out and offered a very satisfactory resolution to my complaint. The good customer service might calm your nerves if you want to try this product. I liked the look and feel of the guard, but I needed to figure out a better way to install—or not be so fussy. (The company has not paid me to write this. I'm just impressed by their outreach and think that's notable.)Original:Quality has gone downhill since I last bought this. I'm surprised there are so many glowing reviews.This is now so difficult to install—without damaging—that I recommend a professional does this with more tools. The palmguard is unbelievably fragile and will show marks if you try to carefully adjust during installation. It doesn't help that the fit is off by a little bit, so lining things up is a gamble. I put aside my entire morning to patiently and carefully install, and there was just no way to do it well without damaging it.My third attempt left me with a centered palmguard, at the expense of marking it up because the fit required a little "bending" that brought other troubles.I'm probably going to peel this off and just not use a palmguard.

This is about the best one I have found. Tried a couple of others that did not stick well. I have previously used Moshi but unfortunately the did not have one yet for this model MacBook Pro.Overall it works very well.

Ich habe das Produkt gekauft, um vor Kratzern zu schützen. An sich hält es sein Versprechen, nur hält es an den Seiten nicht, womöglich der Kleber nicht ganz drauf ist.
