works well for my needs, easy to use and accurate

Excellent. I have been promising myself one of these for ages and as there was a few pounds off, i got this one. It is a great help with making sure my saw blade is 90° and therefore wood is being cut square. The buttons are easy to understand and the back-light makes the figures produced very easy to read. There is only a magnet to the bottom of this unit, but it makes no difference to the ease of reading the figures, so no problem. I can also confirm that the door into the garage is 85° and that our fridge is 3° off upright. So, well worth the money.

This is the second GemRed digital angle gauge I have purchased for my fabrication needs. They work great, and are perfect in size. The magnet is strong, but not overly so. It is easy to remove from the mounting plate after I use it, but it stays intact while I bend and rotate my tubing. Battery life seems great... can't say that I have to change batteries very often. Accuracy is well within my tolerances, it seems to be accurate within a tenth of a degree so when bending tube that is awesome. I'll keep buying these as long as they stay affordable and reliable.
