Amazing Case with Amazing Customer Support!
This case is just amazing, it has protected my iPad many times it fell and has left my iPad flawless and in pristine condition many times. At the same time, the case protection still looks perfect! ZUGU is an absolutely must-have for iPad owners out there who are looking to protect and keep their iPad in excellent condition.After two-years of continuous use, my ZUGU case was unfortunately falling apart and I had to contact customer support since these cases have 2-year warranty on them. Fortunately, after contacting TekkiTake UAE (ZUGU Authorized Reseller), they were able to send me a whole new case without any issues. All I had to do was email them a picture of my case and they sent me a perfectly new case to use! Would absolutely recommend to get this case for your iPad, very worth it. :)
