**UPDATE: Even though I'm in love with every aspect of this (kept on the 4000K) but this product only lasted 7 months.....very sad!When installing there is a switch that you can choose for either 3000K, 4000K, 5000K ….I loved the “cool daylight” the 5000K offered BUT it was so bright that it was blinding in the kitchen, so ultimately we settled on 4000K, it gives a natural daylight look and it was just what we needed. My previous light (top picture) made my kitchen so dark (compare the color of the cabinets!) and so many shadows that it honestly was hard to do anything and now the new light (bottom picture) makes it so bright that I no longer need to by under cabinet lighting.

This was our first LED ceiling light fixture, and it was super easy to install. It’s nice and bright for our kitchen. We used without a dimmer, and it’s working great.

This worked well for 10 months in a sometimes used laundry room. It dimmed to half bright for another few months and continues to be a dull light.

Installed 2 in a laundry room and worked great……for 12 months. First one would not fully light and after turning it off, the bad one would stay half bright for a few seconds before going fully off. Tried several things to assure good electrical connections at the switch (on-off only) and fixture with no success. A month or so later, the second one started acting the same, and now needs replaced due to only being half bright. Advertised as “long life LED” but clearly some other component’s life is not so long. Thought when purchased it had a 2 year warranty, so hopefully I will hear back from Dakason if they will replace them. Will update if they do. But for now..DO NOT BUY FROM DAKASON as this light should last many more years than it did.

This natural light was nice and bright...for less than 1 year. It flickered for about 2 weeks until it finally died.

We're preparing to put a loft bed in my daughter's small bedroom so the ceiling fan had be replaced with something low profile. While this fixture's light weight doesn't feel particularly sturdy, it certainly makes a solo installation easier. It's modern clean lines look good and opened the space in the room.It is very very bright and casts even illumination throughout the room. It's simple to toggle between the 3 color temperatures by quickly turning the light off and back on (and the light returns to the last selection); however, everyone in the family preferred the warmest setting (which is close to incandescent bulbs) so I set the switch inside the fixture to 3000K. I definitely recommend an LED dimmer switch since the light is so bright. I installed a Treatlife Smart Dimmer for LED lights and it provides very smooth transitions with this fixture from fairly dim to extremely bright.

I installed this light fixture in a room that is approximately 10ftx10ft. The light set to 3000k has a greenish color rather than being bright and warm. The center of the room is ok, but the light doesn't reach the walls. It's quite dim.
