The connector that connects to the watch will not stay seated. Used it about 20 times. No longer charges the watch. You will regret buying this product, fails when you need it.

I bought this for my husband as a back up cord, because his can act up every once in a while. I received the new one & it actually doesn’t work. I tried plugging it into different USB boxes & nothing. I don’t know if it was damaged in transit or what but this was a waste of my time & money. I think I’m all around done with this watch in general it’s been a pain since I bought it for him. The App is a POS and doesn’t work, the cord has been nothing but trouble since day one, why doesn’t it surprise me that a back up cord won’t work either 🤷🏻‍♀️ The normal watches work just fine.

The connector does not click-in to the watch's charging port as it supposed to. I have to use a kitchen clip to keep it on.

Mon câble d’origine ne fonctionnait plus du tout. Il y a moins d’un an, j’en ai commandé un auprès de votre boutique. Après moins de 12 mois d’utilisation, le câble présente des dysfonctionnements. Au prix du câble, il aurait été sympathique de trouver un arrangement. À mon sens, il n’est pas normal qu’une pièce de ce prix là n’est qu’une garantie de 90 jours.
