Q: Where can i purchase the rain cover please

The rain cover comes with it. It’s in the base.

Q: Does it fold up for storage

Easiest folding stroller I have ever used. Press and hold the red button in on the handle the twist the whole red part while keeping the button depressed and the stroller collapses immediately. Has a red lock on the side to keep it securely locked when not in use. Can easily be opened with one hand.

Q: does anyone know how to disengage the front wheel so it swivels, my locks back to facing front when stroller is folded

I had the same problem so I removed the plastic plate into which the rod sits when locked. Unscrewed the mudguard plate first to make it easier to access the small locking plate. Needed 2 screwdrivers to remove it as both screws are double ended and nee to keep one side steady whilst unscrewing the other side. Now the problem is completely eradicated. Took me less than 5mins to do even with arthritic hands.

The handle isn’t adjustable. Not many pet strollers have this function.
