Don't by used in new condition from Amazon direct
I purchased two of these one was brand new the other was Amazon inspected with "damaged packaging but all parts included". No kidding the packaging was shredded open. The plate itself is completely new looking (surprisingly! They sent the one little plate a in bigger box by itself without anything to keep it from being thrown around. No paper filler or bubble wrap). The screws however are totally missing. Funny, because I know they come with the switch plate. The package even says so. Not happy about this and its not worth the effort to send it back. One of the biggest reasons I bought this was to replace the cracked current plate and the totally paint stripped screws. Thanks, Amazon. Not cool.My second plate I bought brand new is totally great though. At least I have one nice plate with perfect screws.

Good product, poor packaging
Ordered 5 or 6 of these I believe. Every one of them was opened. Only one of them was not missing at least one screw, one was missing ALL the screws. Ordered a couple extra and compiled screws as needed. Other than that, great product, I don't know why they were all opened. Two separate orders too.

Shipping method needs to ensure screws don't get lost
Probably a viable product if it came with the white-capped mounting screws to match. I can't see putting these face plates on with painter's tape or clear packing tape. Seems kind of amateur.

Works well!
It’s a double switch plate. It came fast and I didn’t have to go to a store so that’s a win. I actually used it for motorized blind remote on one side, so I didn’t have a box underneath one of the plates and it still worked

Not happy!
Product was opened and no screwed inside. Not happy. For $10 you should probably make sure the product isn’t tampered with before shipping it

Well, it’s a wall switch cover. It did what it was supposed to do, replaced the broken cracked one.
