It arrives and is hard as a brick, as they sucked all the air out of the packaging. The hood is rough for a collar but it's warm. Just get rid of the sizing first, as the seams are very stiff....might be irritating. Cold water wash is difficult, it's like a sponge, can't seem to drip dry for days. Don't do it in washing machine, shuts down spin-cycle, it's so heavy.

This jacket is so comfortable!! It feels like a warm hug. It's definitely warmer than I expected, so I would probably reach for it when the weather is between 65 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit (I have low cold tolerance though).It runs a bit smaller than I expected, as I normally wear between a 1X and 2X, but decided to buy 3X for an oversized fit. The 3X fits well, and I may have been able to just barely fit into the 2X, but when zipped, the 3X feels more like a Torrid 2X in my opinion.I'm happy with the fit since it still has a bit of room, but isn't so oversized that it is unflattering. Still, I would recommend going one size up if you're plus sized like me :)

I have mixed feelings about the jacket. It is soft and I like that it has a hood. It is more of a light weight for 50 to 60 degree weather. Wind will break through it. It would be good for Fall or Spring. My problem with it is the look of the material. It is soft but it looks like one of those ugly old shag bathroom carpets. I didn't want to look like I was wearing a carpet, so I ended up returning it.

I ordered this hoodie jacket for my wife and she loves it. She will wear it on Sunday to church. It’s warm and soft. Overall, 5 stars rating
