The first thing I noticed is that the plastic is much harder than the name brands. I don't think that this will change the effectiveness, but thought it noteworthy. They fit my Yamaha and Tama cymbal stands as expected. The felts are also stiffer than the name brands - again, this should not affect things. As others have noted, they felts are also very tall, but any seasoned drummer will note that you can just cut them in half and effectively double the number of felts you have.

I was going to buy the Yamaha felts and sleeves but they are so expensive for what they are. Thought I'd try this cheapo option and I'm impressed with the quality of these parts. I've been playing drums for 50 years and these put a smile on my face.

A must have to protect cymbals.

One thing to note is that by "20Pcs" the listing means 10 sleeves and 10 felts, so you won't be mounting 20 cymbals. As I said in the title, the felts are a bit large for my tastes. If you put a smaller/lighter cymbal on these, you'd likely need to put another felt and wingnut on top to prevent the cymbal from bouncing right off the sleeve. It also takes a bit of force to put the felts on the sleeves as the hole is a bit smaller than the diameter of the sleeve, but that's not a problem unless you need to remove and replace felts often for some reason.Those are really my only criticisms. They are the right size for any cymbal stand I've seen (not including hi-hats, but I suppose you could put these on a hi-hat stand if you really wanted), and they seem durable. They are a better price than some of the sleeves/felts I've gotten from Steve Weiss and they work fine.

As stated in other user reviews: The felts and plastic are extremely stiff. The felts don't compress much at all, even under my 20" and 23" cymbals. Obviously you can cut them down as you see fit.I will add that my sleeves did not come threaded, which I personally prefer, so take note.Took a chance on these, overall, the price is not bad for a fairly cheap product. I will keep these as I intended, in case of emergencies when better alternatives are not on hand. But I will not be purchasing again. Support your local drum shops and reputable companies as much as you can.

These are decent and do the job but wear a little faster than name brands that are at twice or three times the cost

I bought these as replacements.The sleeves are good.The felts are too hard/stiff.Check the size of the post on your cymbal stand.
