Sitting all day, standing all day, it's really the "all day" part that's the problem. Have you ever heard that that sitting is the new smoking? There are many science based health benefits of using a standing desk. People who sit a lot have increase risk of diabetes, heart disease and early death. Additionally, sitting all the time burns very few calories and many studies have linked it to weight gain and obesity. This is a major problem for office workers, because they sit down for most of the day. Why put your health at risk when you can use this standing desk to better your health at work or at home.

Standing desk without buying a whole new desk!
I use this every day at work! It's super easy to click up for standing, and let it back down to sit. I wander around all day so it's nice to not have to sit when I'm looking for something on my computer. I leave it up most of the day.I have a 17" laptop and a 19" monitor that both fit just fine. I have it under a hutch, and as long as I have my monitor in the middle, it clears the hutch with no problem. I just have to be careful of my cables when I click down, but I'm sure I could rearrange my desk a little to avoid that.The stand has scratched my desk up a little, but it's an older desk with plenty of scratches, so that wasn't a huge deal for me. If you are picky about things like that, you might want to put a little mat or plastic under it.

I LOVE my standing desk
I LOVE my standing desk! I like being able to stand or sit as I want. Everyone at work wants one now! LOL! The desk arrived in excellent condition and was very easy to set up. All I had to do was take it out of the box and set it on my desk top! What I really love is that it is wide enough to support my double monitors, as well as my telephone and the shelf for the keyboard also has plenty of space for my mouse pad and mouse. Now that I have this desk, I would never want to go back to sitting all day! I have recommended this desk to family, friends and co-workers!

Great stand!
Easy to use, and has lots of working space.The lip of the keyboard stand is a bit annoying, had to get a gel pad for my wrists to rest on.Also the corners of the keyboard are scratching my desk a bit, just need to put some padding on the corners to avoid damaging my desk.love that it has two adjusted heights, and that it "clicks" in.Overall very happy with this purchase.

Can't use this product. I have double screens at work and it's to much weight for this product to move up and down easily.
