For others searching reviews like I was, I am 200 lbs, and 5 11What got me is the adjustable hoops, I must admit it’s nice to know it will always fit under whatever skirt I choose. HOWEVER, be wary if your waist is over 33 inches. I’m between 33/34, but with my little bit of belly. I did enjoy the overall expo of a hooped petticoat, this is my first one!Cons:The Velcro isn’t strong enough to stay in place but it will stretch.. kinda tight but the Velcro won’t hold anyway. I would probably try getting help with holding the Velcro and tying it at the same time.The skirt will NEED to be steamed to get the wrinkles out if you care, but if you wear thick enough layers it won’t matterI also wish the skirt came with a case or a video of how to get this giant skirt back into this TINY bag 🥲I twisted twice, then folded in half and was able to get it back into the bag.Pros:The skirt is fluffy, firm but soft enough to be bent to get around. It is long, my skirt is 34 inches and I wanted a little lip so for me it’s perfect.Very poofy but you can adjust the hoops if you want less pizzazz, or maybe want to fit into a car 🤣Ruffles are long and slightly overlap, I’m sure if I took the time to steam the wrinkles out it would look just like the photo.Soft material, light but not too sheer.I thought adding about her layer to my costume was a mistake, but I thought again and think this will keep me cool! Will have nice air flow underneath and I can do the kilt skirt trick to get some airflow lol 😂I’d recommend this item! Just be aware of the length and 33+ inches will be an issue. I will sew on additional velcro straps if I get around to it, it’s an easy fix if you’re crafty.

Provides good puffiness and is adjustable but sadly doesn’t have the frills like the advertised photo.

I had a last minute costume idea and was able to get it the same day as I ordered. Not only was it comfortable to wear, but it gave my dress a very nice structure and poofed it up quite a bit while making it a breeze to walk with. I was even able to drive for 2 hours and sit with it on for a 5 hour event and it still maintained it's shape towards the end of the day. I highly recommend getting it!

Needed a skirt to poof out just enough I was worried it would be too much but I think it’s beautiful and I love it so much I tried to pick good pics that show the poof difference. I do wish it was easier to iron but oh well steamer it is.

It worked perfect underneath my dress (I also ordered that on Amazon.)
