90 days later.....I feel like captin Kirk with everything at my fingertips no mater the Hardware or software.I currently have less than 50 gigs on here as i dont want to lose and have to go thru all that that would involve.I see more in my future as long as it can take the workout.

2 out of 3 USB connector works, but all 3 USB c , works, don't know why one of the USB don't work, but if I use a USB adapter that connect to the USB c port, then it works, does have allot of space on 1 tb

I was looking for a simple plug and play external drive for my USB C iPad Pro when I purchase d this drive. While I have used many SSD drives with my iPad, all of them required a special app in order to use it with my devices. This is the first drive I have used that is truly plug and play. The storage capacity on this drive really is 1 terabyte.When you purchase this, all you have to do is plug it into the power port of your CUSB C iPad and access the native Files app. The drive will show up on the left side of the screen. I was able to copy video files over 6GB in size to the drive and then open them on the drive using the Files app. All files opened without issues. Unlike other drives that have very poorly created file management systems, I was able to easily manage, rename and move the files on the drive using the files app without any issues or data loss.I have been using this drive as my primary external storage drive and even written files directly onto the drive after creating video files in iMovie and DaVinci Resolve for iPad. All of my video, audio and text files were easily opened and used through the files app.Next, I plugged the drive into my USB C MacBook Air and was able to transfer the files to my Mac or other external drives without any data loss or corrupted files issues. I have used many external drives with my iPad and had connection issues with many of them. I was very happy that I did not have any connection issues or transfer issues with this drive on my iPad Pro or my MacBook Air. I highly recommend this drive to anyone who wants reliable and very potable external storage for your Apple devices.

I'm happy with the look and quality of the product. I'm just disappointed in that I ordered it to plug into my Samsung galaxy 10 to save all my videos. When I do it says my phone doesn't have software that can open the guide. It suggested going to the app store to find some but gives 0 direction/suggestions when I get there. How am I supposed to know what it is that I need? I guess I will have to drop them from my phone onto my computer and then to the USB from the computer. I guess that's the disappointment. Why does it have a USBc end if you still have to just drop them to the computer. I could ordered any thumb drive but chose this for the USB c. Just buy a regular thumb drive. This does nothing different for you.

Product quality, price and company customer service - top tier!

I chronically forget things. I go to school & forget my study guides, assignments, and notes. Every piece of schoolwork is accessible on my phone but then its a nightmare to go through so many files. I just quickly re-download what I need, save on my drive & print in the school library with just a save & swivel. Its been a lifesaver.

The storage was good and I would like to say the product own high quality in total, but the insert part for usual type 2.0 was broken easily when I use this in my old type laptop.

The drive dismounts as soon as there is any significant amount of data is being transfered. I've tried formating it various ways with always the same results. I'm running Catalina on a macbook pro.

Capacity of drive was less than what was advertised.Too good to be true for the price. A little disappointed 😞
