The softness. Gets cold fast. Like/ Belt not long enough for hip. The length of the belt around waist should be on the information/ dislike. Did not feel like sending it back😔

I like how I was able to place on my hip where I had swelling. It was comfortable. Only disappointment I had to put in freezer after twenty minutes of using it. Otherwise not bad

I sometimes get hip pain and have thought if I could just have ice to put on it that would allow me to continue moving, it would be nice. This seemed like the perfect solution.HOW THIS WORKSThis has two bands on it. One is shorter and is meant to go around the upper leg. The other is meant to go up near the area between hips and waist. The tabs are two sided velcro style tabs. You bend them back through the loop and stick them to themselves.FITI am about a size 16 misses in mid winter when this is written and this fits but is tight at the top. The leg is also a bit snug. That means that if you are larger than a size 14 misses US, you might have some issues with this depending on your actual hip and leg size.DOES IT WORK?I can get this to close, but it is a bit tight. It does help me get cold on my hip, however, and it allows me 20 minutes to move around or lay down if I need to and rest. It keeps the ice pack on my hip so it can get some relief.THE BOTTOM LINEAlthough this runs a bit smaller, it works to help stay on the hip if you are size 16 Misses US or smaller in measurements.MY RATINGFOUR STARS. I wish this was a little bit larger on both straps. It would help to be able to accommodate larger sizes if necessary.

Make sure waist strap is long enough for you. Over 38 or so it may be too short. I was surprised that it doesn't use a gel pack, the whole device goes in the freezer. It is very high quality especially for the price.

Straps are too small. Im 5’8” 190. Id consider that very average. Could barely fasten over a pair of sweatpants.I bought two to alternate due to the relatively short window they stay cold. Worked great aside from trying to get them secured.

Really like the concept of this ice pack. Just got a total hip replacement and these straps are about 3-5 inches too short.. I'm 5'9" tall and about 200lbs. Not a stick skinny girl, but also not very curvy at the hips either. I'm a little disappointed, but the ice packs freeze just fine, so I'm still using them while sitting down. Wish the straps were longer!

Was so easy to use after my hip replacement. Good move around easily with it and it did not slip when I had to wear it in bed to elevate my legs.

I had high hopes for this product. It states that is reversible...use on either hip. Not the case, as when the pack is reversed, the velcro tabs (awkward to begin with) do not attach. This product needs to go back to the drawing board. Returned.
