Cleavage light for crochet is rechargeable!
I was raised by librarians so I have seen my fair share of book lights over the years and this is by far the best kind I have ever seen. I switched from book lights to Kindle Fire years ago because book lights are usually obnoxious. But instead of clipping this to a book, I just tuck it in my shirt collar and point it down at the crochet I am working on so now I can turn off the big dumb overhead light and binge watch my shows while I crochet in the dark. This is working fabulously as I had hoped. It seems to have a really decent battery life too because I have only charged it once so far. When the light starts getting dim that means you need to charge it. Please note that you have to pull the end off to find the USB charging bit. I posted a picture so hopefully that helps. Saw a lot of reviews say the light didn't last long but did they know they could just recharge it? Unless you read the product description well, you might have missed that feature and not known there is a USB jack hiding inside there. It is quite clever actually and I don't have to worry about losing another charging cord since it plugs right in like a flash drive would. It does glow quite a bit while charging so be mindful of that if you are charging on the night stand while you're trying to sleep. I couldn't tell if it was done charging, I just let it charge overnight and that seems to have worked. Also noteworthy is how the hinge between the light and the base that holds it up can open far beyond a 90 degree angle so you can set it down on a desk or something and shine the light out into a room. The light is small enough to carry in a pocket or purse. I will definitely be taking this with me on vacation to use on the plane and set on the nightstand in case I need a flashlight to get up in the middle of the night to potty. Would be great to take camping and easy to hang it off a string or branch. I expect to be giving a few of these as gifts throughout the year because they are really handy. I haven't had any issues with turning the light but I can see how a child might turn it too far and break it if they get forceful with it. Just teach them to be gentle and that the light is not meant to turn all the way around and you should be fine. Also love the color choices so I can have a light that is easy to find. Get a few more to keep them in multiple useful places. I wish it had a lower setting though, it only has bright and brighter, not a dim setting. Might be too bright for the person next to you.

Effective, maybe a bit too bright though
I share a room, and I got this so that I could read in bed and not disturb the other person with the ceiling light or a lamp. I think this works really great as a book light, it clips onto the pages without damaging them, it swivels so you can angle the light how you want, and it has 2 different light settings. I wish it had 3 settings though, maybe one a bit dimmer than the lowest one, because even at the lowest setting, it was still disturbing the other person, especially when I turned the page and it made the light move across the room. Other than that, I think it's great, it charges easily and quickly, and it saves your eyes from having to strain in the dark.

So much better than I even thought
I absolutely love this book light! It has a nice big clip that doesn't indent into the book, the light has 2 setting 1 which is nice and bright and just a little dimmer, the light is adjustable and so is the actual bulb part so the light never shines on anything besides your book and easily and quickly charges in a usb. It's fantastic!

Just What I Needed!
Love these little lights! I bought them for my daughters for reading, but I prop mine up to use when I'm scanning film negatives late at night. The swivel light and the arm that moves up and down puts the light wherever I need it. I recommend buying 2 though, because it's going to go dim after a few hours and you can switch to one while you're charging the other. I bought one in green, pink and blue!

Small and mighty
It's really cute, small, and light weight. The little metal part lifts, so it can sit comfy between pages without falling out of your book. The light has 2 settings, and I liked the lowest setting best. The light part turns, so you adjust it. I kept the light straight ahead but easily read the writing on the opposite page. Out of the package, it took about a half hour to fully charge it.
