Definitely pleased
Bought this as an early birthday gift for hubby. It's beautiful and very good quality. He's very happy. I definitely recommend. It looks very expensive in person. He thinks I paid a LOT, and I'm just giggling to myself because it was very VERY reasonable.

Looks great from afar, quality of plastic is a bit cheap but you get what's you pay for. Like how it all has its place and the board folds and securely holds the pieces. Got value

Husband loves it!
Bought this set for my husband when it was on sale last November or December. He loves it! The pieces have a nice weight to them. They are constructed of metal and acrylic. The board doubles as a carrying case for the pieces, so the set is easily transportable. Also each piece has a separate, snug fitting compartment to prevent scratching or other damage. The set also comes with a polishing cloth to clean the pieces after each use. Even at the regular price, it's a good value for the money.

Most Bang for your Buck!
I bought this for my son that I haven't been able to spend time with lately and I found out that he is a very good chess player. He beat me 17 out of 17 games, so I bought this chess set to prove to him who the man is in this house!!! LOLwe haven't gotten to play yet but when he saw it, he was amazed! I couldn't ask for better quality for the price than this chess set here! Please...if you are looking for a great chess board and incredible pieces, then do not look any further. You can thank me later!

Not as nice as it looks
Just got this and while nice the quality isn’t as high as expected. Also the quality control isn’t great, one pawn had a loose top and they all feel super plasticy. Think those sports trophies you got as a kid. Like they look cool but when you touch them and pick them up you can see how cheap they really are. I’m returning as I don’t see these lasting long.
