Just like a couple of other reviewers, I am using this pager system with my food concession trailer. I wish I had started sooner. It gives my customers freedom to roam around while they are waiting for their order. It always bugs me to see them looming just outside and staring while they wait for their order. I'm already going as fast as I can. Further more, this winter I plan to serve food and now they can wait in their car or wait inside the brewery we park at. The so called 'win, win' thing.I haven't had these pagers long so no idea how long they will stand up.The only criticism is, the plastic shield on the number card on the front of the individual pagers will not stay put unless you tape it with clear tape. Instructions and wording obviously gives way to the fact that the thing is manufactured in China. You'll see what I mean if you get one of these.As for me, no regrets on this purchase. A great price too.

I own a food truck and it's definitely a game changer. No more pressure of having to rush orders while customers stare, waiting for their food. I've had it for almost a year now and had no issues.

This is really not suitable for take-out restaurants. The signal can be received with too many restrictions. Several customers reported that they could not receive calls when they went to supermarkets, hardware stores. Some said that they could not receive calls even when they were sitting in a car two blocks away. It is not practical for take-out restaurants.

These pagers are not big and bulky, they are a sleek design. (Not sleek enough to walk away with someone) but a good size.I use these at the farmers market when I need customers to come back when their product is ready for pickup. It makes it much easier as remembering faces and names at a place like that can be difficult.

We own a food truck and these work great, have great long distance range, the only issue is the charging cord comes out easily, but overall a excellent purchase for any business owner

Everything about this is great from the battery life to the longevity . I got this 2 years ago and still works like new

Multiple pagers lost vibration. They can only beep while all the pagers have vibration in the beginning. Trying to charge those overnight But still nothing changed

The media could not be loaded. This pager is great for the food truck. Because space is limited, customers usually wait near the food truck so they can hear. When the order is ready, the pager beeps, vibrates and flashes. Customers can enjoy waiting in their cars or at tables. It makes the front desk cashier much more convenient. That's great. I love them.
