Very easy to use, stays charged and works great

FIrst, my application is probably not what this tool is intended for. I needed a tool with a small head grinder to cut and sand some aluminum posts (rivet) about 1.5mm thick. Due to very limited access space, I went with this type of tool.When I've got the tool, first thing I did is to plug it in and fully charge. After that, the first light that would indicate the lowest spin rate, didn't come on anymore.I've used a couple of the pink stone grinders and the long shaped diamond accessory to bring the posts down to where I needed. During operation, the tool gets warm fairly quickly, and at.a point, it shuts down.I hope this is a safety feature to protect the motor.The most annoying issue is with the accessory lock system. It's not fully grabbing the accessory post and after a couple of minutes, the accessory becomes loose and needs retightening.And the instructions how to replace accessories are useless. Just follow the photos on this product page to make some sense of how to use it.I also wonder how would you use the cutting accessory?! The post (see product page photos) where these cutting edges are supposed to be used with, have a much larger diameter than what the hole in the edge has. I've tried to insert one on the post and it broke to pieces.For some applications this tool is probably good enough. It did the job in my case, but overall I don't feel it's a solid, reliable tool for a hobbyist engraver.

I gave this a five-star tool as it is very handy and does the job extremely well. The first one I arrived must’ve had a faulty battery as it would not hold a charge past the first initial one. Company replaced mine immediately without question. The second one I received has worked perfectly! Great little gadget to have around.

Bought this in lieu of a Dremel and while it does its job, it simply doesn't have the power to do certain tasks.

I use this to file my dog’s nails. I have Chihuahuas so the strength and speed works great!

I use this mainly for grinding dog nails. Used it for about one day at work not sure how I feel about it exactly just yet. It’s very compact compared to a standard rotary tool. I’m still getting used to it. Lots of vibration and recoil on the 3rd speed ,which I don’t care for. It’s more quiet than a standard rotary tool which is good for dogs who are nervous about their nails cut. Will update this once i get used to the size.

It did what I needed it to, but it doesn't have a lot of power. I wasn't really expecting much, and I was not disappointed.
