Easy to assemble and set up. Works perfectly and makes answering the door via your iPhone is terrific!

If your iPhone is 14 or higher Arlos software is incompatible with these Chimes and there is no other way to setup the chimes. They know this is an issue but won’t disclose it. Arlo does not offer customer support by phone and their chat and forum support is useless.

It was a little quirky at first. It didn't always ring the chime so I deleted it and reinstalled and it seems to be working properly now. Need to use it for a longer time to be sure. I also changed the network on the chime. Perhaps they was the issue. We will see.

Im not tech savvy, and I had trouble getting my new video doorbell synced with our wireless router. I called customer support and a very nice and patient customer service rep walked me through it successfully.

Easy to install, easy to load app, chime works well along with iPhone alerts with motion and doorbell activated.

I did not have a wired doorbell, which limited me to battery-operated doorbells. Until this product became available that meant a video doorbell "rings" on my cell phone which doesn't help if my phone is not on my person.This package provided me with a more traditional chime as well as the phone interaction. And it works,.. mostly.The chime has to be connected to WiFi. The doorbell action is sent to Arlo's servers and then routed to the chimes. While it works, it's VERY slow. The chimes don't ring until about 5 seconds after the doorbell button is pressed (one thousand one,.. one thousand two,... one thousand three,....).It's nice that the chimes are configurable. But before this I had a cheap wireless doorbell with remote chimes that operated on a simple button press triggering a quick signal picked up directly by the remote chime. The chime was configurable with simple jumpers. It used D cells and had no need to speak WiFi. It was fast and reliable.This "solution" will not work if power is out or WiFi is not available. It's slow. It's unnecessarily complex. They could have provided a simple chime module that was triggered directly by the doorbell, exactly like products that have been on the market for 20+ years. Instead, they made something that's expensive, complicated, and dependent on external factors like Internet access.The doorbell works satisfactorily. The best I can say about the chimes is "it works. It's better than no chimes."

I already had a doorbell camera at my front door. But I also I have a gate before that with no wired electricity. So the wireless works great for this spot. My other wired doorbell works well and was a “no brainer” of a choice to get a second for another location.

After reviewing the doorbell cameras this one seemed to fit the bill for us, you do have to pay a subscription for the cloud which isn't too bad for one device. The camera works well, the image is good and the battery has been pretty good too. The app is great the only thing that does seem a bit of a palaver not sure if it is just my phone but when trying to answer the door on your phone (IOS) it seems to be automatically on mute so I have to unmute it.

This is a great product,great design and works great but when I tried to purchase a spare battery Amazon don’t ship batteries to Ireland,yet they shipped the original doorbell to me in Ireland. Contacted customer support spoke to 4different reps,their advice to me,contact Arlo.Great product from Arlo but very poor service from Amazon
