Very disappointed.
When I received my item, the box it came in was smashed and mangled. It looked like it had been used and just put in a box out of someone’s garage. Very disappointed. Santa’s clothes were mangled as well. It did climb up the chain with no problem, but it definitely doesn’t look like it was advertised when I decided to buy it.

Cute but not well made.
This holiday ornament/toy arrived in a bag. The box was basically destroyed but the item itself appeared undamaged. It works as described.
