This is a great book. It’s well organized, very readable, and flexible for whatever your kids are interested in. Added Bonus, Le’s other games use a variant of the systems laid out in this book, so it will be easier to transition kids to the other games over time. On top of all that, Lee is a pleasure to listen to on his YouTube channel and clearly cares about growing the wargaming community. Happy to support his endeavors and look forward to playing this system with my kids.

My boys and I loved playing this game. It is so versatile that any scenario can be created. The rules made it simple enough for my youngest to understand which made it fun for my oldest too. We don’t use the advanced rules yet, but we’ll be able to grow with the game, which I think is the best part. There are some rules that are unclear, but due to the laidback nature of the game, it’s easy to fill in the gaps with what the players agree is correct. I recommend this to anyone who is into skirmish games but has kids that aren’t ready for the complex rules of more advanced games like WH40K.

I have been a subscriber to Lee's YouTube channel for a while and love his content. He has done an excellent job putting together a miniature agnostic tabletop skirmish ruleset that is accessible to kids while keeping the adults entertained as well. It is a wonderful way for the family to play together. His support through video, Discord, and additional publications is a testament to his commitment and love of the genre. I highly suggest supporting Lee by purchasing this book and enjoying the benefits with your family.
