UK is Euro - such as 42, 43, etc. US is 8, 9, etc. Conversion is : 42 is 8-8.5, 43 is 9-9.5, etc. These shoes run large; so, I had to order a size smaller than I usually do in this brand.

Almost the same happened to me. Bought size 12-12,5, received 13-13,5. And the item is already outside the us and I cant send them back and get refund
