We bought this Nerf style gun for our son who is three. He tried to use other Nerf guns with his older cousins, but his smaller hands cannot depress the on button and pull the trigger. The best feature this gun has is the toggle switch for turning on, rather than having to hold down an On button. Though the gun is a bit large for him, he can fire it and have fun.Compared to some other battery powered Nerf guns, this is quiet. It has never jammed or had any issues so far. The darts stick well to glass and other smooth surfaces.I'm very happy with this purchase and would recommend it.

Previously I got the XtoysZ FUTWAR-1.2. That was a motorized blaster with a clip. I really liked it, have been having a great time playing with it. I thought I would get this one as well, as I had so much fun with the other one. This one is different. More of an oversized revolver than an assault blaster. The darts load in the front in a rotating drum. You can load from both sides to make it go faster. Pretty quick work there. Then in order to fire the gun, you have to turn the switch on to power up the motor. I don't necessarily like that better than the double switch. It is one extra step if you are trying to be stealthy.The blaster spins up to speed pretty fast, and you can fire the gun as fast as you can pull the trigger. 10 darts can be emptied pretty fast. When I played around in close combat, the blaster was pretty accurate. As with other dart guns, you need to start to arc the shots to get the range of the dart. I did not get anywhere near the 20 meters (66 feet) the listing described. I tried a number of different brand darts, and could only get it to go into the 30s range of feet. But this is not a blaster that you would try to sniper shot someone anyway, so the range doesn't bother me. I like that it is accurate close up.This is the second blaster that I received from XToyZ. The first one had an issue where both motors would not spin up together. XToyZ reached out to me to get the problem fixed. I am really happy with the communication from them.

We can argue up and down about the quality. I see the plastic isn't the best and the mechanism doesn't feel super tight, but on the other hand I don't really have the need for high-end Nerf-equipment. It's fun and it's the right size for my daughter. The shape and ergonomics are (in kids scale) not too far of what a real short rifle would be. The butt stock has the right length, and the flip sights are a nice add-on. It would be nice to have some attachments for a shoulder sling and a proper rail system (we really wanted to attach a light), but it still gets all my stars.
