I love this for my back and neck. At first it hurt but my back is in bad shape. Now I save money not having to go to chiropractor

decent for the price
It's a decent foam roller for a really low price if you don't mind waiting a month for it. A little firmer than other foam rollers I've used, so I don't like it as well, but it's also half the price of other foam rollers, so it's a decent compromise.

Perfect size
This foam roller is so helpful for my PT at-home exercises! The size is great for travel and you really don't need a bigger one but that depends on your own preference and needs. I purchased the 12" one and you can comfortably rest both legs side by side.

Worth every penny
I've been using a back roller for a while now and it works fine but I wanted something a little softer. My old one was a hard pvc pipe covered in knobby foam. It hurt my muscles and dug into my spine. I'm a big gal, so it's been pretty painful to give my back a good stretch and pop. I just got this beauty in the mail today and it was firm and comfortable. I got a huge pop right away that my husband could hear from across the room. So satisfying! A+ product! I will update my rating as I go. I use rollers a few times a day so hopefully this beauty lasts a while!

It definitely is a firm roller does the job but if you have a sensitive back it might take you a long time to get used to it
