Easy install and awesome shower panel - update
Update: Everything is quite well after about a year and a half of use with the shower panel and it still looks brand new! I did replace the mixer valve only because I wanted a true thermostatic mixer valve. I used the Rozin Solid Brass 1/2" Thermostatic Mixer Valve for Shower System Water Temperature Control Chrome Finish, from amazon.com. It matches the other valves, was an easy replacement, and is a definite improvement.I installed this in my motorhome right after it was delivered, this is one box that wasn't going to gather any dust..Installation:- I removed my old RV fixtures and used EternaBond RSW-4-50 RoofSeal Sealant Tape to seal the screws and large holes for plumbing access.- I held the fixture up to see where to mount it, unfortunately the existing plumbing access holes determine where this has to go so it is a little off center and that will have to be fixed at a later date. I think getting an appropriately cut piece of polished aluminum or preferably stainless steel to cover the area will allow me to move the shower fixture into a better location. Another expected problem was the height of the fixture, to resolve this I cut the frame around my skylight that is over the shower to allow the new fixture to go up another 1 1/2 inches; and wallah another problem resolved. Again I used the sealant tape to close up the cuts I made.- I marked the locations to install the top mount and then measured down 37 3/8" and installed the lower mount.- I changed the batteries to a quality AA battery and put the battery pack in the pocket that seemed to be an obvious place for it to go.- I installed the handheld shower flow through holder with another screenless washer and my favorite handheld shower unit because the one that comes with the unit looks like a cheap piece of plastic junk.- Time to do some plumbing, fortunately the RV uses standard 1/2 inch FIP faucet connectors so it made the installation very easy.-- I installed two new screenless washers in the RV side and then tightened on the two 1/2" x 1/2" elbows that were included in the installation kit. I used screenless washers because I have filtered water and I also have an on-demand water heater that requires full water flow to work properly.-- I then put two more screenless washers in the fixture hoses and tighten them down to the elbows.-- Make sure you don't kink the hoses in the fixture or you will have problems, by the way they are very easy to kink.- Now I simply hung the unit up and admired it for a minute.Time to get naked and get in the shower (sorry for that mental picture, LOL). I got in got the temp adjusted right and tried the various features and they all worked very nicely. The only thing I didn't really care for were the two large round fixtures that really weren't very powerful. Everything else was great. The LED lights weren't working, oops remember that switch on the battery pack! I reached around and pulled the battery pack out and turned it on and presto I had LED lights which were kind of kool.As a side note, set your temp where you like it and leave it alone, use the feature valves to turn the water off and on and you will always have the perfectly adjusted shower, at least until your significant other changes it.I did get the shower panel at a much reduced price because I bought a slightly damaged unit, but it doesn't affect anything and I readily took care of the minor damage.I cannot say enough about how great this shower panel is both in appearance and functionality, not to mention how easy it was to install. It was really very convenient that everything was included in the installation kit for a standard install. The only features that could use improvement is the handheld shower and those big rings, but then maybe somebody else likes them. I'm going to buy another one for my parent's home.

Amazing!!
I wanted to upgrade our standard shower head and hot/cold control with a shower panel after visiting a hotel with a shower similar to this.First off, after it's complete... it is amazing!!! It is hard to comment on a universal install because everyone has a different situation. It wasn't exactly easy to install, but it wasn't hard. From the photo, you can see we have a tile shower. I had to cut off the old hot/cold regulator (in the small tiled opening!) be careful not to lose the pipe in the wall, that was a challenge to get back. Then I got some shark bite fittings from a local hardware store and extended the pex pipe to come out of the wall a little bit since there is plenty of storage space in the panel itself. Sadly, this was the easy part!Next, I had to figure out how to mount the panel. It isn't heavy, maybe 15lbs.. so I first thought of trying to use the 4 mounts glued with double sided adhesive. It held for about 4 hours then fell down.. not a good idea. So I decided I ultimately have to drill holes in the tile, which is a daunting task. I'm no pro - so after about 2 hours, I had 2 holes drilled! I'm sure there was something I did wrong, I had used a diamond tipped carbide bit but apparently that's still not the key to getting it done quicker. Long story short, I got 2 holes done and that was enough... I screwed 2 mounts into the wall at the top and used double sided adhesive for the bottom ones to keep it from moving. It has been up for about a week and no issues at all!I found that our plumber originally placed flow restrictions so that explained why our old shower head had such low pressure. Once I installed this unit, the pressure is great and we can easily run 2 options at once. I imagine that you need a large water heater to take a decent shower if you opt out of any restrictions. We have a 75 gallon gas heater and havent had issues. When it is all said and done, it is amazing and elegant! I'm very happy with the purchase!

Nice unit good pressure but narrow... Terrible service, support
Updated 02/27/2022less than 5 days of it being in operation the temp/timer display went blank. But the leds on the display are working as are the LED's up top. You can send an email to a gmail account and maybe they get to you, but they seem to be attempting to stretch out the support request so you are stuck with the shower. There are no parts available it seems, Amazon said as much.So at this point, I'd recommend you stay away from this company.::Orig Review:::We replaced another shower panel that had parts falling off :) This one slid into the same spot without any drama, seems that most of them have a "standard" mounting span. This has great pressure, really good. Be honest though the flow reducers were pretty mangled, so not sure if they would have caused issues, but because of that, we removed them.......... (waits for knock on door).. Okay good.So good pressure, it's a bit of an issue that the top can't be extended or changed, so you are limited and it makes me feel like i'm closer to the shower wall (with the panel), vs in the center of my shower, a longer shower head would have been nice, one that was deeper and wider,.Wider, well this shower head is like 3.5" so it's fairly narrow, it works, but my wife felt that it made her feel that she was able to easily move outside of the range of the shower and when it's 58 degrees inside, it gets a bit chilly. So we believe the top shower area is too narrow, but pressure is awesome and features seems pretty good. Cheap plastic spray handle (crazy that they go this cheap on that, while everything else is metal.
