I looked up the Homopathy Psychology and did the test and I then picked Sepia. It works for me with my moods, constipation and anger getting uptight over aggravations. A side effect is it helps my allergies, which bother my eyes a lot. Warning. You can have a side effect of Cellutitis, because it is helping your inner emotions from childhood. I had a huge Cellulitits on my left elbow. It was after taking the Sepia that it started. Went to MD got antiobiotics and now I am well. I started with the Sepia 30 and now I raised the dose to 200c. Works for me. No more Cellutits since the intial start period.

I was "prescribed" sepia by an amazing doctor for postpartum depression after traditional medications failed. (I had severe side effects with every anti-depressant I tried.) I was very skeptical. As a rule, I tend to be resistant to even strong medications and the idea of a homeopathic working seemed highly unlikely. But I tried it. As a society I think we're conditioned to expect to feel something when we take a pill. With sepia I feel nothing, no side effects positive or negative, but the depression eases and slips away. I keep it around and every so often, if I feel a little down, I'll take one and it helps. I recommend it!

I was very surprised by the very fast shipping, the product I'm not sure of yet as I just started using it but I will put up another post after a week or so of use.I had read many good and helpful reviews on Sepia 30 so I decided to order it. The first day I took the recommended dose as per the container, 3 pellets a day. After maybe 15-30 minutes I started getting really bad chest pains. After 10 minutes they subsided. It scared me so much I quit taking them and contacted the seller about the ingredients and uses. I gave them some details about myself such as age and medications I was taking. Thinking maybe there was an interaction with the Zoloft (I have depression) or the vitamins I'm taking (fish oil, biotin,vitamin E and a multivitamin). I received a reply saying that they could not give any medical advice, In NO way was I asking for medical advice. They couldn't tell me what the active ingredient in the Sepia 30 was. They directed me to call the manufacturing company and I feel if they don't know what they are selling they shouldn't be selling the product. I did further research on Sepia 30 and I read that a 14 year old girl had gotten a heart attack by taking these pellets. I don't know where she purchased the product but its scary to know something that is suppose to natural could cause something like a heart attack. JUST BE VERY CAREFUL ON TAKING THIS PRODUCT!!!!

Didn't do what I expected it to do. So sad.

I had read some online articles about how this helps eliminate blood from semen....something that happens on occasion with me. I used this product in concert with Doctor's Best Comprehensive Prostate Formula,Veggie Caps, 120-Count and it clears up the issue within a day or two...highly recommend for that purpose..
