Great quality and exactly what I expected! These resistance bands arrived right on time and were packaged really nicely. The quality is solid — they feel durable, stretch smoothly, and don’t have that cheap, thin feel some bands have. They’re perfect for home workouts and offer a good range of resistance levels. Overall, exactly what I was hoping for and a great value.

These bands are great quality and come with a nice range of resistance levels. I use them for leg workouts, glutes, and even stretching. I do this for lower body exercises and it does the job fine. I do clamshells and leg stretches etc using the band. The bands are elastic and have withstood the repetitive force well. They are cheap and they do not smell. Also color coding makes it easier to pick the one I need. These are all good. However, except for the black one (the maximum strength one), I did not get any value at all. I either use the black one or do not use at all. The lower levels are literally too weak to generate any resistance. Unless you are recovering from an injury or it is for a child, there is really no point having the others. This is all I can say.

Each band provides a different resistance. As progress improves you can go up a strength, or use for multiple body parts. The color coordination is easy to determine the strength. They are of good quality and they come with a convenient mesh pouch.

I was looking at getting resistance bands to help with my workout and went to a sporting good store to purchase them. The price was way more than I wanted to spend. I found these on amazon for a fraction of the cost. They are a very nice set of resistance bands. I like that they came in a bag so they can be stored easily. They are on the thin side, and the length is perfect for my workouts. I did not notice any type of smell. They work well and can easily be rolled and put back up. Very pleased overall. For the price they are perfect!
