For seniors it's very good.

I live in CA, where winters are pretty mild. But I hated 9 months out of the year because I was always cold! Despite being aerobically fit, I deal with lower iron levels. For me, Floradix helps, along with following a healthy diet and exercise. Everybody's needs are different. But for me, taking it 2-3 times per week works. And I actually LOVE the taste!

I have all symptoms of iron deficiency and I had seen this recommended off Reddit. I think it has amazing ingredients. The hardest thing is avoiding coffee because the tannins hold off iron absorption but the taste is ok. You know you’re taking something real. Although I haven’t used it long enough I’m going to try for 6 months. I have had crazy hair growth from this and iron supplements also my energy has bumped up.

This is the best Iron Liquid formula. It taste actuall good and easy to take just keep in the fridge. I tcomes with a little cup for easy intake measurements and it works you can feel it pretty uch right away. Great product

This is. Great source of iron. My body doesn’t tolerate iron pills (hours of nausea), but it’s happy with this. 👍

I suffer from low iron and I always get sick from taking iron pills. However, this iron drink does the job every time. It tastes kind of like orange juice mixed with metal but its not a bad taste. I take it with a vitamin C capsule and my iron levels are back to normal within 2 weeks.
