Update two years later: This brand is still superior. I think there was a rough season where maybe the plant wasn’t as potent but this brand is the best. It has helped me with comfort when I was very desperate. I still purchase it for vaginal health. I don’t have to use it as often. If you have an infection try it. It will take time. Usnea is supposed to be a biofilm disrupter and that takes time. I haven’t tried this one orally because I read a review where someone said it caused tinnitus and I already deal with that so I use another brand orally. I think this is a good quality if you are looking for usnea.I had a resistant yeast infection. Candida paripsilosis. Not Albicans. Many reviews never tell you which strain of bacteria or yeast they have they just tell you they couldn't find anything that worked. Ladies if you can't get rid of an infection have it cultured!God ultimately is the only one that can heal us completely. I had to trust Him when the doctors told me they didn't know what to do. He led me to some knowledgeable people and I can't thank Him enough.Usnea Lichen by itself is good for infection-- but in my case it didn't completely do the job. I added collodial silver and usnea on a tampon and treated myself for about nine days-- I would suggest about 10-14 or at least three days until after your symptoms resolve. I had to get a culture so I had to stop early because I wanted to know what was going on inside! After nine days of treatment my doc found no yeast cells on a preliminary slide. Now mind you , I did do amphotericin b suopositories for 14 days prior but to me, I was still burning and stinging and still had discharge so after my last suppository I went on the nine day protocol that included this supplement. I have used both the glycerin and this one and this one is superior.So yes this is supposed to be used orally and I did that for a couple days but it wasn't for me. I needed to get it to the source.This is a great product and I've ordered about two bottles so far. Would definitely recommend and I intend to purchase again.Thank you for superior quality!Update: I still use this product often and so does someone else I know. The quality of the product has begun to fade. It is true I order a lot of this product and so does a friend of mine and not a lot of people are familiar with usnea so it's possible the company didn't anticipate having so many orders and perhaps the tinctures haven't sat long enough. I'm not an herbalist but have read enough to know that the longer it sits the more potent the extraction. My friend had some bottles that varied in color. She said the lighter it was the less potent for her. I've had it to be basically the same color but not as strong. It could be that my system has built up a resistance to it as well but I'm not sure about that. I don't use it everyday, but I do treatments several times in a month. I've looked into some other brands and am still searching but this brand uses a certain type alcohol thay is very good for what I use it for. Herb Pharm is good too, but is better suited for oral dosing. I have used it diluted and it is decent. I just wish I knew why the potentcy has diminished. I am going to try once more and see what happens.

I haven’t used it long enough to know just how helpful it is. I do feel like it does some good. The flavor is terrible but I put on a tablespoon with some raspberry sweetener and it is so much better.

If you start feeling sick, cold type symptoms, like fever sore throat etc. This stuff knocks it out fast! I never have been good enough to take it more than once a day, but within 3 days it will generally do the trick. However it usually works faster than that on me. It is just amazing stuff.I had a problem with a crown that came off of my molar. The dentist put it back in, but not before telling me it was now too large for my mouth! I told him my mouth was swollen. So he shaved my old crown down. Then it was too small and food particles kept getting below the gum line and making me sick. So for a month on and off I had to take the Usnea. But three months later....my mouth is fine now. My gums must have healed over to protect. I say please try this product. It is similar to taking antibiotics, only better, and won't ruin your immune system.

I am finding this really works for me! I have chronic sinusitis and asthma. Anyone know how long I can take this being that I’m “always sick” I feel I would have to take it forever?! Maybe not during my “good times” for definitely for months at a time....

Usnea is the holy grail of herbal medicines. I've tried a couple of brands and I like this one very much. It goes down easy, no strong alcohol kickback. If I feel a tickle in my throat or a cough coming on, one squirt and it's gone. It's my armor during Covid and I've recommended it to many friends and family.

I really like this product. I experienced good results withing 3-4 days of taking it.I could not handle Doxycycline at all. This alternative is the best. It works and I continue to use it per instructions.

These drops were recommended by my Naturopath, but I cannot tell, to date, if they are helping or not. I am combining them with other remedies and waiting for the cure to a very long-standing situation. It may take a while, so I cannot give a conclusive review on this product.
