I recently had an exceptional experience that truly exemplifies their commitment to customer satisfaction and will keep me coming back to them. Eight months ago, I purchased one of their products, and I unfortunately received an item that had an unpleasant odor and the plastic ripped during use on conference to Wisconsin. I did not post a comment until 8 months later when I was getting ready for another long-distance conference and I started shopping for another garment bag though. As I was shopping, I decided to leave a comment and to my surprise they reached out to me immediately and replaced my garment bag. The new bag was sent with express shipping and arrived in time for my next trip! I am very impressed by this new replacement and its quality. Not only is it free from any rips or defects, but it also had no unpleasant odors. It was clear to me that I had made an excellent choice in selecting your brand. (It also looks so professional! I know my mother traveled a great deal when I was young and always complained about not being able to find a quality garment bag and my order includes two bags for her!) Life often throws unexpected challenges our way, my trust in their company was solidified when I encountered a rare issue with a product and when I reached out to their customer service team, I was met with the utmost professionalism and kindness. They went above and beyond to ensure that my concern was addressed promptly. J [ PREVIOUS REVIEW THAT THEY REACHED OUT IMMEDIATELY TO ME AFTER I LEFT IT Seemed like a decent bag for the price, but smelled of mildew and mold when arrived. Tried to wash it and it did not come out. I needed this last minute, so I was forced to use it. I sprayed some fabric febreze in it and that was all I could do. Usage wise it worked well, but after just one use the clear portion ripped. Would not recommend. ]

Excellent. Exactly what I was looking for to travel with. Very durable material. Excellent zipper. The thickness is perfect to carry and add protection. Handle on the bottom makes it easy to transport. I have purchased 2 different sizes. Both are excellent.

This garnet bag is light in weight, sturdy, roomy and foldable into a nice carry with the two handled loops provided for that purpose. Nice for a weekend escape without having unpack and hang garments after arriving at destination. I also plan to use it for blankets that a friend of mine sells and are nice to take with on occasion. I recommend this product, no frills just a basic garment bag.

I purchased 2 of these hanging garment bags for a 5 week trip with multiple stops. They are sturdy but light weight and held 5-6 hangers with tops and pants. I also packed shoes in the bottom of the bag. The durability is great especially since they were taken in and out of the car multiple times and zipped and unzipped multiple times. They still look brand new and I believe they will last through many more trips. They are well worth the price and I highly recommend them.

This is a wonderful garment bag. Wrinkle resistant with a strong zipper. I am very pleased with my purchase.

More heavy duty than I expected. These work perfect for my work uniform, I wanted to make sure I kept them away from cat hair and food smells. I have a old farm house, so not terribly big and when we cook the whole house smells like food. This bag blocks that out.

This uniform holder is pretty good for the price. I actually put a couple of suits in it and it fits and holds them well. Definitely not bad for the price. It zips up and down easily and it doesn't cause anything to wrinkle or get dusty.

Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Utilisation régulière pour aller à l'hôtel, tissu solide, imperméable (dans une certaine limite j'entends), poignées solides, l'ensemble est robuste. Après plusieurs années d'utilisation hebdomadaire, toujours intact, je recommande !
