Worth it...
I mean Its really great sound, the Noise cancellation is mildly less than apple Airpods. My only issue is the multi-devise connectivity. Its a struggle to actually shift between devices, It would basically connect to a devise and you would try to get it back to the devise you are using but it keeps shifting back to the devise you aren't unless you completely pause it, and if you are using Spotify on multiple devises for example I use my apple watch to control my phone music and since both are connected it keeps turning off music from both devises since it doesn't know which one to choose although I clearly identified that the music source should be the phone. You On the app interphase I would love if they add a button that tells me what The buds are connected to and to update the device's multi-connectivity.Microphone is genuinely good.Bass with EQ setting sounds amazing.Classical and Rock music sound good too.Podcasts are clear and easy to hear. There is an annoying sound if you actually aren't listening to anything, like a buzzing sound. The fit is good for me, but that depends to your size. My ears are pretty small, so its perfect for me.

Received defective item
My earbuds do not turn on. The case is the only thing working. The only problem is I purchased these from a country that is outside where they came from. Someone delivered them to me after I bought them from amazon and was not able to return them. This was a huge disappointment especially given that these were not cheap and they were labelled as new. Does Jabra even test these?

For me, these are the best earbuds
I have tried many earbuds and many over-the-ear headphones. I have Airpod Pros 2nd Fen and recently bought (are returned) tried Sony wf-1000xm4. I had the Jabra 65t, Jabra 75t and Jabra 85t. The 75t were my favorite until they died. That's when I bought the Sonys as they have such great reviews. I have small ears. They never fit right. I bought the silicone tips and all. They hurt my ears. They never got a snug fit so I always heard surrounding noise and I thought the app was not great. These Jabra Elite 7 Pros are a perfect replacement for my 75t's. They are perfect for smaller ears. I think the sound is more full for music. These are also much easier to get in and out of the case, the Sony's and the Airpod Pros are not. I think these sound better than the Airpod Pro's as well. The app works well. I say but these.

Big improvement over my last pair of earbuds.
Went through a lot of Jabra products over the years. I know each individual has there preferences, but I always try new headphones out. Whether it's Sony, Jabra or other companies. I always swing back to Jabra for my go to and for good reason. My first pair of truly wireless earbuds was the Jabra Elite 65t. Worked pretty good, but didn't really have ANC or block out other sounds very well. Still, it was a solid choice when I was mowing my lawn.Mt first bluetooth for cellphone use was the Jabra Storm. It was great to have something for phone calls, but definitely needed some of the advanced features we all take for granted today. I love stereo and both ears being engaged.Found a call center job from home & decided to purchase the Jabra 75 Engage. This is by far my most favorite out of this group. I am not a fan of in or on-the-ear, but these were so light weight and comfortable that even though I no longer work that job....I use these for my PC every single day without issue. It has DECT 6.0 for talking around my house anywhere and is perfectly crystal clear for voice and no one even hears anything going on around me (TV, vacuums, etc...).Even tried the Jabra Evolve2 85 and they are still good and sound better when listening to music, but still the 75 Engage does a much better job. The 75 Engage also stays better connected. Not sure why, but it just does.So as you can see, I have everything in almost every category concerning a Jabra headset. Now to the real review. The Jabra Elite 7 Pro. I do not use in-the-ear earbuds that often, but they are the only way I can take phone calls or listen to music while I mow the lawn, which is at least every other day in the Summer. It does a great job with the sound app to cancel out noise and I look forward to taking a call while mowing to see how the bone conduction is working and sounds for the people on the other end of the call. So far, it works very well for noise cancellation. No problems with people hearing me or sounding muffled. Gotta say, these are worth the money when they are on sale. There are by no means cheap for retail price, but wait for the sales and I say pick them up.Last is I even bought a pair of Jabra Elite 7 Active for the wife and I will say they feel more comfortable than mine fitting wise, but the ones we received were faulty. Called Jabra directly and their technical support is top notch. I could have called Amazon and still received a new pair, but....Lately I've been calling directly to see if the results are better or worse. Jabra did not disappoint. I didn't have to send the defective ones back either, but they sent a new pair ASAP. I know Amazon would have said upon return, they would send a new pair, but I like Jabra's style better. Just snap a few picks and they sent me one within 2 days time. Very satisfied and will most likely be a fan for as long as they produce quality earphones. They may be expensive, but top of the line companies charge a lot & it doesn't matter who they are. Sony, Jabra, name a few major brands & they are all over $130. I implore people to try different types and companies, but Jabra has never steered me wrong yet. On top of the great customer service (which is rare nowadays), they make a great combo to deal with.

Fantastic buds with a fantastic app.
Without a doubt the very best ear buds I have ever owned. The battery life of about 5 hours is acceptable but I wish they lasted longer. On the upside the fast charge in the case is great! About 15 minutes in the case gives about an hour of run time. If you return them to the case occasionally throughout the day when you take a break then it keeps them topped up to where the don't run down.Charging the case via USB or wireless pad or power sharing from my phone works fantastic! These buds are extremely comfortable and stay in place very well. They are a bit too bulky to wear overnight while sleeping on your side.... but they aren't actually supposed to be for use while sleeping. I had to try sleeping with them in for noise canceling due to circumstances. On my back was fine but side sleeping is painful to the ear. Not designed for sleeping, just giving my observation to save you the trouble if you're considering these for sleeping. The sound quality is excellent. The associated app allows you to fine tune the output to your hearing. It runs a test for each ear beeping varying tones at varying volume levels. You tap the screen when you hear a tone. That's it then it adapts the output to suit your hearing. There is another test in the app to test the "fit" of the buds in your ears. It emits a low warbling series of tones to detect leaking sound from a poor fit and you can swap silicone seals or adjust how the buds are seated into your ears for a proper seal.Test the fit and adjust prior to the performing the hearing test described above. The ANC is nothing short of amazing.Through the app you can adjust the level of ANC so that it totally blocks outside sounds or allows the level you choose to be passed through so you can still be aware of surroundings as needed.A single touch of the left bud switches from ANC to Hear Through. In the app you can set the buds to work as you wish by changing the action performed in each bud independently for single tap, double tap, long tap, etc for all standard controls such as volume up/down, skip to next song, pause, etc.
