Very cute set. One word of caution the clear balloons are filled with coin size confetti and when they pop (they’re a bit delicate) the confetti goes everywhere.

I haven't gotten to use it yet for a colleague's retirement party, but I did open the package to see all that's included and you do get a lot of pieces to really decorate a room with balloons and streamers and the banner.

Nice kit
This is a quick and easy way to decorate. A room full of festive baubles that fits in a small envelope. We wanted to surprise a coworker on her last day, but she didn't show up. We still celebrated.
