I saw this book being used by my daughter in UK during my 2016 trip and loved the dishes. I decided to get own my own copy after my three week 2017 Easter UK trip. Hope to make many delicious, nutritious dishes.

A great cookbook for vegetarian cuisine. Lots of recipes, lots of variety, lots of flavors, all of the dishes are interesting enough to serve to guests. A great addition to anyone's cookbook collection.

Book arrived in excellent condition in a timely manner. The recipes look interesting and are clearly written. There are a number of them that will likely be accomplished in the near future.

Rose Elliot's cookbooks are amazing. I am not a vegetarian, however am eating that way more. Her recipes are easy and quite delicious. Try 'em, you'll like 'em!

Unique recipes, fairly easy. Some recipes are heavy on dairy. I took this out at library first and liked it enough to want to purchase.

Feel so disappointed. I bought the version of this book because it is a lot cheaper, but, unlike ALL the other cookery books I bought that are Kindle format, this one is useless to me. It’s basically just a photograph of the page of the physical book. Normally with kindle format cookery books, the contents is a list of links and you can click on a recipe in the contents and it takes you straight to the relevant page. Same with the index. And the text is all purposely adapted for e-book reading. There is none of that with this book. The text is so small that I struggle to read it. I am going to ask for a refund as THIS IS NOT A PROPER EBOOK. AVOID.

This is the American version! Don't get this unless you measure in cups and sticks. Get ISBN-10: 0600625842 or ISBN-13: 978-0600625841 for english measurements.

Great illustrations but typeface is small and very difficult to read, worst book I have ever purchased on Amazon. Would like a refund if possible.
